Creators Philosophy is a creative platform that empowers audio creators to publish, share, and grow their work while allowing listeners to explore and enjoy authentic African audio content via the web or our mobile app (available on App Store and Play Store).

• •You must create an account to submit or stream content.
• •You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• •You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Our platform is intended for adults and children under parental guidance. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring minors' use of the Service.

• •Audio creators may submit or upload original media via the Creators Dashboard on the website.
• •By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, stream, promote, and distribute your content through our platform and channels.
• •You retain all ownership rights in your submitted works.
• •You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other rights of third parties.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

• •Some features of the Service may require paid subscriptions. Prices and terms are listed on our website or app.
• •Payments are processed securely via our third-party providers.
• •Refunds: Users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting info@creatorsphilosophy.org.
• •After this period, all payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
• •You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the chosen plan.

You agree not to:

• •Upload or share illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material.
• •Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security features.
• •Use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activities.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

• •All trademarks, branding, software, and original content of Creators Philosophy (excluding user submissions) remain our exclusive property.
• •You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
• •Sharing links or embedding our content for promotional purposes is permitted if properly attributed.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service and stored content may be disabled.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creators Philosophy, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
