  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Eligibility

Our platform is intended for adults and children under parental guidance. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring minors' use of the Service.

4. Creator Content & Licensing

  • Audio creators may submit or upload original media via the Creators Dashboard on the website.
  • By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, stream, promote, and distribute your content through our platform and channels.
  • You retain all ownership rights in your submitted works.
  • You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other rights of third parties.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

  • Some features of the Service may require paid subscriptions. Prices and terms are listed on our website or app.
  • Payments are processed securely via our third-party providers.
  • Refunds: Users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting info@creatorsphilosophy.org.
  • After this period, all payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the chosen plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload or share illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
